Your Business Is Growing.
Your Software Should Too.

Off-the-shelf tools and rushed builds only take you so far. We design and build custom software around how your business works, so it can scale with you.

01

Your tools don't fit how you work

Your team bends its process around generic software, and copies data between tools that don't connect.

Costs youCustomers
02

Your system can't keep up with growth

More customers, more orders, more data. What worked at the start now slows down or breaks.

Costs youTime
03

Every new idea becomes a big project

Built without a solid foundation, each new feature takes longer, costs more and risks breaking what works.

What Changes Once
The System Is Live.

Four systems, four different businesses, the same pattern: work that used to need a person now runs itself.

We sit where the work happens.

Not a questionnaire. We watch the process run, read the data behind it, and write down every hand-off, exception and workaround, including the ones nobody thinks to mention.

A plan with a price on it.

You get a ranked list of what is worth building, what to leave alone, and a number against each one. Scope and cost are agreed before a line of code exists. Keep the plan whether you hire us or not.

Something real, in weeks.

We build the one system with the fastest honest proof and run it alongside the manual process until your team trusts it more than they trust themselves. Tested, monitored, and deployed into your stack.

It gets better every month.

Next process, next system. We tune what is live, widen the guardrails as trust grows, and report honestly against the number we agreed, including the months it falls short.

Any industry. One kind of problem.

We're Not Industry-Specific.
We Are Problem-Specific.

Payouts & ReconciliationPayouts calculated per sale, not chased by hand.
Compliance AuditsAudits dispatched, evidenced and scored in one pass.
Order FulfilmentOrders routed to print and tracked, untouched.
System Health MonitoringEvery automation watched, failures caught early.

Each one started as a manual process someone was drowning in. We rebuilt it as a system, and every build makes the next one faster to ship.

What We Have Learned
Building These Systems.

Notes from production, not thought leadership. Written by the engineers doing the work.

What The People Who
Hired Us Say.

Three businesses, three different systems, one result: work that needed a person now runs itself.

E-commerce & Fulfilment

MagicMakers took our order fulfilment from a daily manual scramble to a system that just runs itself. They gave us our time back.

Customer Support

Five people used to answer the same questions all day. Now one person supervises the system, and it does not stop at 6pm.

Data & Compliance

They said no to half of what we asked for, and they were right. What they built runs 70 scrapers we used to babysit by hand.

The Questions We
Always Get Asked.

Both, depending on what the problem needs. Sometimes the fix is connecting three tools you already own. Sometimes the tool you need does not exist and we build it properly. We tell you which one you are buying before you commit.

It reads a request, looks up the facts in your systems, takes the routine action, and escalates the rest with context attached. The engineering is in the boundaries: what it is allowed to touch, what needs a human signature, and what happens when it is unsure.

No. It removes the work nobody wanted: retyping data, chasing status, answering the same question for the ninth time. Teams we work with redeploy people onto customers and judgement calls. We free people up, that's the whole point.

The audit takes about a week. A first build is typically running in production in three to four weeks. Full platforms run longer, but you see something real every two weeks rather than a status deck.

That's the normal starting point: Zoho, Shopify, Stripe, a CRM, a warehouse system, and a spreadsheet somebody guards. Where an API exists we use it. Where it doesn't, we build the bridge. Nothing gets migrated.

You keep the code, the infrastructure, the documentation, and the runbooks. Everything is handed over in a state another engineer can pick up. Lock-in is not a business model we're interested in.
